Human Performance Systems:
We recognise that individual performance can only be effectively enhanced if we take a systems approach. This means that we recognise, and help you improve all the factors that make up the human performance system and thus affect performance using the most appropriate interventions. This is important because of the six factors that affect employee performance, only two (individual capacity and knowledge/skill) relate directly to the employee. The other four (performance specifications, task support, consequences and feedback) relate to work conditions created by management. We provide this service on the last Friday of every month. Two weeks to the day, you provide us details of your business issues by sending an email to sjokoro@leapfrogalliance.com or via our online form. This gives us the time to reach you for any clarifications that may be necessary. One week to the date, we will send you an email informing you of the time for which you are scheduled. On the appointed day, you call us on +234-1-850 8180 for a 30 minute consultation. We also provide up to five email follow-ups where necessary.
